What is China brake chamber ?
The China brake chamber is composed of an air compressor, an air storage tank, a master brake cylinder and the sub-cylinders of each wheel. The air pipe is connected to the automobile pneumatic braking system. The working principle is to compress the air and store it in the air tank through the one-way valve. The air tank is connected to the brake master cylinder. The brake master cylinder is a complex air valve, which is connected to the air chambers of each sub-cylinder. The brake air pressure can be controlled according to different needs.
The inside of the air chamber is very simple. It is a cup that divides the air chamber into two impervious spaces, a closed main pump, and a push rod connected to the atmosphere. The push rod is connected with the brake arm, and is controlled by the return spring at the end of the closed air chamber when it is not braking. When the enclosed space is filled with compressed air, the cup overcomes the pressure of the push rod return spring and drives the brake arm through the push rod.
China brake chamber is classified into single air chamber and double air chamber according to function. According to the structure, there are membrane type and piston type. According to the connection mode of the upper and lower shells, the membrane structure can be divided into hoop type and spinning type.
The structure of the China brake chamber is that the upper air chamber assembly and the middle air chamber assembly are assembled together by hoop or spinning to form a parking chamber, which serves as a parking brake. The lower air chamber assembly and the middle air chamber assembly are screwed together by a hoop to form a carriage, which serves as a service brake. The upper air chamber assembly is assembled by the upper air chamber shell, brake spring, spring seat and pull rod assembly. The middle air chamber assembly is assembled by the middle air chamber, O-ring, mandrel, mandrel push plate and mandrel return spring. The mandrel and the mandrel push plate are connected by a wicker connection. In normal use, the pull rod should be removed. Fix the tie rod, not on the tie rod hole on the side of the middle air chamber.
